Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Akris purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer complimentary returns for all eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Akris packaging and include the completed return form provided with your original shipment.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid shipping label included in your order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund is issued.
